INITIALREGISTRATION PLEASE TAKE NOTE IF YOU ARE DOING THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME 1. Before you start, you must have the following on hand: - Your e-mail address (with password) - Your mobile number (ex. 09271234567) - Personal data (including date of graduation) - ID photo in .jpg format saved on your computer, phone or tablet. (You can request for an e-file if you have your ID photo taken at a photo studio.) - Cedula (residence certificate) 2. Visit the PRC website at www.prc.gov.ph and click on the CLICK HERE button for PRC Online Services or enter the URL http://www.prc-online.com click on the REGISTER tab and fill out the form. .3. If you are using this for the first time. Complete all fields using drop down menu where applicable then choose ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE. You are allowed to use ONLY ONE VALID EMAIL ACCOUNT PER USER/APPLICANT. You MUST create your OWN account using your OWN email address. 3A. . Read the Terms of Service CAREFULLY and click on the green button if you wish to continue. 3B. Click the SIGN UP NOW button. . 4. If you have previously registered online. . Then click SIGN IN. enter your email address and password. .5. access your registered e-mail account. To activate your account. open the PRC generated email then click Activate Account to verify your account. search with the drop down menu. Do not type in the information. . To make sure that information is accurate. you must fill up these forms yourself.6A. Where appears. Create your profile. After filling out your profile. . click the SAVE INFORMATION button.6B. ) . Select Payment Option . Choose any appointment date (only yellow colored boxes). Then choose your preferred payment option.9.Select PRC Office 2. Choose Appointment Date 3.
