Paulo Calhau Born in Lisbon- Portugal in March 1974, graduated in Stage and Costume Design by Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa – Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema (University of Theatre and Cinema). Starts his career in the retail business in 1998 with Massimo Dutti as a window dresser. Since then is been developing an international career across Europe working with brands such as Hugo Boss, Wrangler, Massimo Dutti and more recently, Bata Branded Shoes. With a strong knowledge of the European market and retail trends he’s been, for the last years, European Visual Merchandising Manager, responsible for create, deliver and implement visual merchandising guidelines for the brands he worked for.
