Day 1 of 100: Session 1, First session, review of goals and desired outcomes, including your shiny new 100-Day Action Plan. Bonus topic: Attitude! & Eliminating Your Personal Glass Ceiling 2. 6 in-person sessions, over lunch, scheduled over the course of 100 Days. Prior to these meetings, you will fax or email your Coaching Call Maximizer with your Weekly Progress Sheet. a. Session 2, Personal and Professional Organization for Optimum Performance b. Session 3, Presidential Time Maximization c. Session 4, Identifying & Magnetizing Your Ideal Clients and Strategic Partners d. Session 5, Living in Your Zone of Genius e. Session 6, Consistent, Effective & Efficient Marketing f. Session 7, Keeping the Momentum 3. Session 8, Day 100 of 100 – Review & celebration of the past 100 Days. STMA™ 100-Day Program Coaching AgreementClient: (“Client”)Coach: Joan Richardson (“Coach”); JCR Enterprises, LLC100- Day Term: Wednesday, May 18, 2011 thru August 26, 2011Eight (8) In-Person Sessions Scheduled: Every other week beginning May 18, 2011, 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. overbreakfast, breakfast will be provided.Fee Options: $2,000.00 if paid prior to one week before class $2,200.00 if paid within one week of class $525.00 per month for four (4) months This Agreement and your (first) payment will be executed upon receipt.Fee Schedule: Four (4) payments of $525.00*, first payment to be paid upon execution of Agreement, and thenMay 25th, June 25th, and July 25th 2011.Payments to be made by (circle one): MasterCard Visa AMEX $525.00/mo. Additional resources may be shared by mail, e-mail and phone throughout the Term of this Agreement.In addition to the STMA™ Program Manual, the Coach shall periodically send additional information to support thework the Client is doing. This is intended to help the Client keep focused and moving forward. Externalconversations/coaching by email, phone or in person over 10 minutes are at an additional cost to the Client and willbe billed accordingly.Termination: This Agreement is for a term of 100-Days (dates chosen above) (“Initial Term”). This Agreementmay not be cancelled during the Initial Term and there are no refunds. Credit toward a future class may bemutually negotiated between Client and Coach. Should you withdrawal from the class prior to completion, any feesowed at the time of cancellation are due and payable immediately. Fees will be charged to credit card on file.Coaching Session Procedure: Client and Coach shall meet at the prearranged times (above). Location: To beannounced. Missed sessions are not rescheduled. All coaching sessions and their contents will be held confidentialby other Clients and Coach to the extent permitted by law.Disclaimer: Client hereby engages Coach to provide coaching services with respect to business skills,communication skills and/or structure for identifying and achieving goals. The Client acknowledges that Coach isnot an employment agent, business manager, financial consultant or psychotherapist, and that Coach has notpromised nor shall be obliged to (a) perform any business management functions such as accounting services, taxadvice or investment analysis, or (b) act as a therapist, counselor or psychoanalyst. Coach makes no warranties orrepresentations that any particular results will accrue to Client from the coaching services. This Agreement shall begoverned exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas.
