This could be avoided if students are judged on the basis of their extra curricular activities, innovative projects submission, extra efforts, 0% marks criteria for sitting in on-campus placement. 8. Recession •The I.T worlds is under the crisis of recession. The number of vacancies are less and the pass out per annum are more thus creating a void between the corporate and educational world leading to low recruitment. •This can be dealt by limiting the number of seats or generating the vacancies by taking new projects 9. often outdated syllabus. • The course that are taught in college are not what the companies demand. Various subjects that are not relevant to our course.So,these subjects should be excluded from the curriculum and latest technology should be taught. Workshops from companies should be encouraged. 10. what learned?? • The cause and effect daigram helped me to Identify the possible root causes, the basic reasons, for a specific problem or condition and helped me to sort out and relate some of the interactions among the factors affecting a particular process or effect.
