Any statements or representations to the contrary (and, indeed, any statements contradicting any provision in this letter) should be regarded by you as ineffective. Any modification or change in your at will employment status may only occur by way of a written employment agreement signed by you and the Company. Expenses/Allowances: Reimbursement of any reasonable travel expenses such as flight, accommodation, and miles, upon submission of original receipts. You will be reimbursed for other expenses and other costs in accordance with poloices in place from time to time. Confidentiality: In providing your services, you agree that all information obtained during your employment will be treated as confidential and will not be used in any manner detrimental to the interests of the Company, nor disclosed to any party except in the interests of the Company. All notes, records, files, and other documentation that you accumulate or develop in connection with your employment will be considered the property of the Company.
