Description

1. The Idea- Advanced Car Parking System In the first block diagram an automatic car parking system is explained. In this RF transmitters and receivers are placed at the parking area, sensors monitors whether the parking area is empty or not and give information to the microcontroller, Then microcontroller give instruction to motor to place the vehicle at the empty location. To get started with RFID-based automatic vehicle parking system as in fig 2, the vehicle owner has to first register the vehicle with the parking owner and get the RFID tag. When the car has to be parked, the RFID tag is placed near the RFID reader, which is installed near the entry gate of the parking lot. As soon as the RFID tag is read by the reader, the system automatically deducts the specified amount from the RFID tag and the entry gate boomer opens to allow the car inside the parking area. At the same time, the parking counter increments by one. Similarly, the door is opened at the exit gate and the parking counter decremented. What is RFID? A basic RFID system consists of three components: a) An antenna or coil b) A transceiver (with decoder) c) A transponder (RF tag) Electronically programmed with unique information. There are many different types of RFID systems out in the market. They are categorized according to there frequency ranges. Some of the most commonly used RFID kits are as follows: 1) Low-frequency (30 KHz to 500 KHz) 2) Mid-Frequency (900KHz to 1500MHz) Girraj Sharma 3) High Frequency (2.4GHz to 2.5GHz) These frequency ranges mostly tell the RF ranges of the tags from low frequency tag ranging from 3m to 5m, mid-frequency ranging from 5m to 17m and high frequency ranging from 5ft to 90ft. The cost of the system is based according to there ranges with low-frequency system ranging from a few hundred dollars to a high-frequency system ranging somewhere near 5000 dollars. 3. The Process InvolvedThe Process is already explained above . 4. How the idea is different from existing solution    Proposed project is automatic, no human involved in the process. Compared to other Projects Less space for Parking is required. Project is useful for implementing in the shopping malls and multistory buildings Cost Effective then other available Projects. 5. What problem is the idea trying to solve   Time of the vehicle owner Space Security 6. What/Who is the Market    7. Multistory building Shopping Malls Multiplex Crowded Markets Scope for Commercialization-The Project can be implemented commercially. Support System Provided by the institute for the Project Idea    Project Guide Components Software Measuring equipments 8. Girraj Sharma  Computer System 9. The financial Requirements-1 lac Indian rupees. 10.The Team- Girraj Sharma
