Doc ref. …………………. ………………  Field Inspection Test Plan for Elect. …………………  Operational Procedure (Job Site Operations Management) Doc ref.  Conform if area is ready for installation or workable.  Site released for Cable Tray Installation.  Exposed areas for erection shall be cordoned by means of hazard identifying tape / barricade. As a minimum the following shall be made available.  Personnel involved in the activity are made aware of the risks and the steps to be taken to mitigate any hazard or unsafe situation. Material withdrawn from Warehouse .0 DESCRIPTION OF WORK METHOD The work method to install the above mentioned Cable Tray shall be in the following sequence. Slings D-Shackles Pulley Welding Machine Abrasive Cutting Machine Drill Machine Grinding Machine Electrician ToolBox  Check adequate place for Unloading the cable trays. A.  Review Construction Drawings for general notes/details and familiarize the installation method recommended by the Client.6.  Check if drawings are of current revised status. Pre-Installation Checks  Verification of Cable Tray installation from relevant Approved for Construction Drawings. B.  Confirm that all Tools & Tackles required for installation are available.  Layout of exact location of cable tray installation should be determined. D.bolts and etc are well tightened.  For the cable tray identification.0 ORGANIZATION OF MANPOWER . Layout Cable trays according to Approved Construction drawings.inspect for sharp edges that point towards the inside of the tray that might damage the cable. After Complete Installation of cable tray. for the installation of the cable tray will be prefabricated by contractor in accordance with the drawings and client recommendations. Incase of any damages common inspection and report will be issued. Cable Tray and supports shall be lifted by the Crane for heavy load or pulley for lighter loads and off-loaded on the platform for elevated areas. C. After tray installation. Each and every loose item shall be properly identified before installation. Material inspection will be carried out by QC Engineer to ascertain that no damage has occurred to the cable trays. Clearance between top of cable trays and beams or piping shall be observed as per Clients specification.  For Frame type supports it shall be placed in position aligned and ensure that correct level has been achieved. Ensure that hold-down clamps.each tray tray shall be mark with tray number for identification prior to cable installation. Shortages or damages if any shall be brought to the attention of the Client immediately. if any.  Store material requisition shall be made.remove any oxidation that may be on the be tray by using a non-metallic adhesive pad prior to stenciling the tray number. Inspection of QC Engineer in the installation and punch list. Support prefabrication  The supports required.  The cable tray shall be transported in their Original packing to location. As-Built mark-up drawings certified by Client.            Description of sequence Cable Trays ready for installation shall be unloaded near the working area. These areas shall be smoothen or remove accordingly.  The Crane shall be positioned in such a way that there is no obstruction to movement of vehicles or hindrance to works of other contractor. 7. E. the supervisor will stop him and provide for those immediately.P. D. 5.. B. Safety at Work: See attached document (to be filled by HSSE In-Charge) E. 4. ……………….  All the workers shall be provided with safety equipments and ensure that they are using them in proper way. Job Safety Analysis.  The item issued to the worker must be periodically inspected and changed in case that they are found damaged or they do not meet the specified conditions. Hard-Hat Hand Gloves (Leather or Cotton) Face Shield (for grinding/cutting activities) Dust Mask respiratory protection. 6.  The staff and other co-workers has the responsibility to check workmen wearing proper PPE at site daily. 7.  Personal Protection Equipment 1. HSSE Seminar : Contractor will conduct seminar about Safety. C. 3.  If same worker will be found not wearing proper PPE.
