RL BOILERS – Main features Firetube steam generator Three passes steam boiler with reverse flame and a fully water – cooled furnace High energy efficiency Low-level contamination low-cost maintenance Steam rates: from 50 to 5000 Kg/hour All types of liquid and gaseous fuels RL BOILERS – Design features The combustion takes place in a furnace designed to allow for perfect burner combustion, a suitable temperature within the furnace and a thermal charge within the limits of the most used international design codes. The circulation of the gases is carried out through a pressure-rise in the furnace and due to the generator’s design the gases circulate uniformly and at same speed through the pipes allowing for a constant cession of heat. RL BOILERS – Design features  Radiation and convection surfaces are designed so that the efficiency is the same whichever of type of fuel is used.  Resistant fast-opening doors allow access to the furnace and fireboxes.  The doors are insulated with ceramic fibers and the boiler is wrapped in rockwool protected by STAINLESS steel plating.  The steam boiler is provided with a manhole which allows for a clear vision of the body’s interior during cleaning and inspection. RL BOILERS - optional equipment  The standard model is equipped with one vertical feed water pump Grundfos with stainless steel impeller, shaft seal and pump housing and on/off control.  As an option the boiler can be supplied with one or two electronic pumps for modulating feeding (necessary when an economizer is installed). RL BOILERS - optional equipment  Desalting device: Desalting device with automatic regulation and control, with TDS control by continuous readout of the boiler water conductivity. It drives the opening of the draining valve, realizing only the necessary blowdown operations and controlling the correct boiler water salinity without unnecessary water consumption. Equipment make Spirax Sarco. RL BOILERS - optional equipment  Automatic blowdown: Automatic sludge blowdown with programmable setting up of the blowing down time and the interval time between them. Thanks to the automatic blowdown the boiler is blown down regularly and it avoids sludge deposits caused by manual maintenance oversight. RL BOILERS - optional equipment ATTSU steam boilers are available in many varied forms and in some cases, in order to avoid the construction of a suitable boiler house, they can be supplied in a containerized boiler room for an outdoor operation, fully installed and ready for operation and thus avoid any delay for civil works. ATTSU boilers in solar plants  2 RL-600 kg/h at 8 barg to ensure the operation of a solar thermal plant in Andalucia (PTS Guzmán).  Equipped with a redundant Siemens PLC, which allows remote access to the settings.
