A trained mind can also include the four senses : smell, touch,sound and sight effectively in the visualisations as if they were experiencing them in the present momment. This means that the influence will be stronger on the target with a train mind.Only through practise,you will get this good. You can't spent a few minutes a day doing it and expect the other person to come running to you lol.
